
Legal Consultant and Litigator
Javier Oscar Sánchez Carvajal has extensive experience in legal practice, both in the public and private sectors in Panama. He obtained his Law and Political Science degree from the University of Panama in 1995.
Throughout his career, he has held important institutional positions, including roles at the Presidency of the Republic in public procurement matters, as well as the position of Secretary General of the Technical Judicial Police. He also served as Legal Advisor to the Board of Trustees of Santo Tomás Hospital, strengthening his experience in administrative, institutional, and legal matters.
In private practice, he works as a legal consultant and litigator in Civil Procedural Law, Criminal Procedural Law, and administrative litigation matters. Clients choose him for his experience, legal judgment, and practical knowledge of administrative and legal proceedings before public and private entities in Panama.
